Wat Pluak Ngam School, Amper Narn Maprang, Pitsanulohk
Up in the north of Thailand, several hours drive from Bangkok there is a village school which needs our help. This school is in a state of disrepair and in serious need of improvements in many areas, such as school facilities, classrooms, toilets, surrounding walls and gates as well as the general area.
It is flooded every year with the water levels halfway up the classroom walls.
The school is renowned for its excellent exam results despite these conditions.
We would like to raise enough money to rebuild the school above the flood level, to improve their environment and give the children a chance to excel even further.
